How do I upload my pet's photo?
After selecting your product, you’ll see an “Upload Photo” button at checkout. We accept JPEG and PNG files. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is visible and fills most of the frame.
How long does shipping take?
We print and ship from our US facility. Production takes 1–3 business days, and shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
If your product arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Just send us a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right.
What photo quality do I need?
For best print quality, we recommend photos that are at least 1000 x 1000 pixels. The higher the resolution, the sharper the print. Good lighting and a clear view of your pet’s face make the biggest difference.
Do you ship internationally?
